Anton savage biography

Broadcaster Anton Savage likes to remain quiet around the subject of his family but, other than that, he is an open book.

Throughout his time on Ireland AM, Today FM and Newstalk, he has remained tight lipped about his wife and kids and their life at home.

He joked that people think he must be hiding an exotic life, but, in fact, he just as boring as everyone else.

Anton told RSVP Live: "I tend to stay a little bit quiet around the subject of family but I am an open book other than that.

"I have less to me than you might ideally want.

"I think people think I must be hiding an exotic life but in actual fact I just don’t do much. Unless you want to have an extended discussion on how to make lasagne, I bore people very quickly."
